KATHY PETTO FENIX, ‘76, was a four-year starter on the varsity basketball team, earning four letters from 1973 to 1976 and led her team to undefeated seasons from 1973 to 1975, which included the first year for women’s competition in the SWC (1974).  In addition she led her team to district finals in the girls first State Tournament, was named to first team Southwestern Conference and second team Sectional-District All Tournament Team during her senior year.  She led the team in scoring from 1974 to 1976 and was captain and MVP during her senior year.  In addition to basketball, she earned letters for three years by playing 1st singles on the tennis team, and lettered in 1973 in track.  Kathy and her husband John live in Westlake with their children, Kelsey and Aidan.
